Would like to check is $25 Sim Only Plan with no contract come with Volte?
As recently i recontract to this plan and notice that when making call, the network will fall from 4g to 3g causing data unusable.
I put my Dad sim card which is Starhub Lite PLan on the phone, Volte icon appear and data is working when making call.
Below is the photo of network status. Left is my Sim Only Plan And Right is my Dad Lite Plan.
Would appreciate any advise in clearing my doubt. Thanks

Hi, may I know what was done to resolve the issue? Seems like it took a day to resolve the OP's issue. I reported a similar issue to my 4 mobiles line since last Thursday (and exchanged a couple of PMs with StarHub), and the issue remains unresolved.

I have turned on VoLTE, the service is working fine prior to switching to the SIM-Only plan.
