Hi, I accidentally exceeded my data by a few MBs. Can I seek for a waiver? Thank you.

Hi there @happymonk, welcome to our Community! I'd love to assist you with your concern. Unfortunately, we're unable to waive off any exceeded charges for data that have been incurred. We highly advise that you monitor your data usage on My StarHub App to avoid exceeding your mobile data. You may also set up Local Usage Alert on My StarHub App.
