Hello! Can someone help me please? I was on a video call...and did not realise until it was far too late that, for some reason, my phone did not actually connect to my Home wifi. My data has exceeded by over 15GB because of this, and I have to cancel my phon line because the excess data charges for this are more than I can pay. Can someone from StarHub please advise on what I can do??
