Change non contract to contract. But billed with some prorated charges.

Hi Starhub officer,

 

I sign up for sim only XS 3GB non contract from 8/5/18 to 7/6/18.

 

But i change to 12 months contract on 31/5/18.

 

Now, Starhub charge me the "Prorated online bill rebate" $4.8387, exceed data for $10.0000.

 

This is first time i use postpaid service, i didnt know change plan will effect the promotion rebate and data quota. Customer service who help me to change plan, didn't advise me at all. Could Starhub help to waive these charges?
