I have an order cancelled without anyone from Starhub informing me.
Called 1633 and ask them to escalate. After one week still no call.
Worst customer service ever.
Trying to port from Singtel to Starhub but i guess it is not a wise choice now.
Better stick with Singtel since they offer XO plan now
