My office is located at Geylang / Aljunied, and the mobile network has been very poor over the last 3 weeks. My colleagues and myself (using Starhub mobile services) are not able to make / receive calls in the office (even when I have 3 bar signal on my iPhone). Can you kindly look into this matter?
You can request forum staff to assist you on this matter.
Do provide the exact location as possible, so that their technician will able to check on it.
And do provide some of your colleagues Starhub mobile number, if nec.
This will enable for the technician to contact if they are unable to identify the location.
Please submit and provide with the following information;
Registered subscriber Name, NRIC/FIN number, contact, email.
Do note that it is up to Starhub to look into this case.
As forum staff would able to forward your issue to their tech dept.
