I used to be a faithful customer for more than 15 years as a hub member and noted that the service standards have been dropping and thus decided to terminate all service when my contractor act expired to another telco.
i was told by customer service to make the last payment in full and would be expecting my refund within 4-6 weeks.
I have been waiting for my refund for more than 4.5 months and yrt to get my refund. Moreover I have been speaking to the billing department for the past 4 months and everyone seem to be telling me a completely different story
this is Not right, as I have alway paid my bill promptly in these years
this is not the correct way to treat your customer.
with such service standards I might not even considered StarHub in future again
