Good afternoon. 

May I ask from your good office, to look in to your system about my monthly bill payment. It appeared you have deducted twice into my bank account, dated 25 September and 26 September.

I stand Corrected with the date i mentioned first. Attached here is my bank account billing transaction.

Hope I can have my refund as soon as my concern is solved.

Hello! Would it be possible to send back my Overpayment into my account? I will not have my overpay be deducted for my October current bill.
