I have been complaining to starhub regarding bad network coverage near my home for past 4-5 months. I wish to downgrade my current plan because I cannot use the mobile data at all and also I have call drop issue when I am at home. Starhub technician confirmed that the coverage is bad near my home but they are not ready to downgrade my plan, asking me to pay charges for it even though its not my mistake. This has been happening for so long now and now I am really tired with the bad customer service. They just keep transfering the call from one department to another with no resolution and no one has responded to the mail either.
