My 2 year contract of mobile plan with starhub ended in november 2016(Of which I realised in April 2017).And Starhub billed me as per my contract plan even after the contract ended. How in the world is it a fair system to keep billing the same amount without having the courtsey to even intimate. When i call the customer care they say i have to switch to sim only plan to avoid it.(which I plan to do now or switch the service provider depending on Starhub,s reply).But what about teh surplus amount I have paid to company ??
I feel beinglooted swindled off my hard earned money by starhub over a span of last 4 -5 months .
I demand a clarification from the company as to why this is not a case of cheating the customer.
