Anyway to "re-do" or "re-enter" the switching to $25 Sim Only Plan online?
I've just changed 2 mobile lines to "$25 Sim Only Plan" for both of them
For one of the mobile lines I missed putting in the "promo code", so ended I have one line with charges of S$25/month and another with charges at S$20/month.
I called Starhub support and they cannot do anything.
Anyway to get back my S$120 bill rebate? Thanks!
