I'd like to know how long it really takes to activate a new SIM card? I've just re-contract online, received the new sim card and mobile on the 1st Oct 2017 but till date, the new sim card is not yet activated.
Usually for Online delivery of handsets the delivery staff will inform you that he will call to activate once you have signed the contract & order received.
Then the SIM card will be able to use after about an hour, as usually the delivery staff will said so.
Are you able to use your existing SIM card or have you insert the new SIM card and make a call or sms.
If this is not the case or still not yet activated, you can either call hotline 1633 CS to activate for you.
Alternately you can write to forum staff to activate your new SIM card.
