4G issue

Warm greetings Starhub Team,

My phone is enabled to 4G network but I am facing issues on imternet connectivity.  Whenever i am on call my network automatically changed from 4G to H+. So its very difficult to do browsing or send/receive msgs when i am speaking through phone. Recently, I have changed to starhub , i didnt face this issue previously when using M1. Also checked with my friends who are using Singtel 

 they also didnt face problem, their internet speed is fast even during phone calls. So i am thinking to change my service provider if i didnt get solution for this problem.I have reported issues to your customer service but so far i didnt get satisfied response or solution . Please check and update me on this issue whether its a network issue or not.  kindly contact me if you need any further details.

Hi ,

Your issue is caused due to VoLTE is not enabled in your account.
You may want to call customer service to re-add HDVoice+ Service into your account and your phone will be ok after that after you reboot your phone.
