3GB data missing

3GB data missing

Hi there,

 

I ported over from Singtel to Starhub last week. I went for the XS plan which consist of 3GB + another 3GB(Signed up for 12 months contract)

So I did a check on my account and there is only 3GB instead of 6GB of data that I can use.

Can you guys kindly do a check?

Hi winstonwan,

 

as you've only just signed up last week, your data entitlement along with your bill will be prorated this month. You'll see the full entitlement next month onwards. Thank you - Josephine
