My on demand,catch up and all related services are unable to use since last yrs Oct. It always can't do a full load (no show name show out) and "no network connection" show at last ask for a reset. Call the 1633 and change to HD hub station and the smart card also same problem.Now I only can watch the normal channel. anyone can help?

Can i suggest you try the set-top box on another cable point within your premises?
