We ve been signing contract with Starhub for TV, home broadband, digital voice, mobile broadband for 2 years. Our contact is going to expire soon.
The same question like above customers, is there any promotional package for extension or not? We would like to extend for 12 months, as we are not sure about after that, but someone from Starhub told us that promotion is given for 24 months contract only.
As this is the extension, not the 1st time contract, you should have priority policy for old customers. You should offer 1 year promotion package as well to your old customers.
Please kindly advise.
