Starhub, why you remove one of my mobile plan from hub club 30% and nominate a sim-only plan which does not enjoy 30% discount?
Didn't realize you did that since March until I check my recent bill.
Can you please explain the reason for doing so?
And please reinstate that mobile number and remove the sim-only plan.
In addition, please credit the 30% discount for that mobile number for the month of April and May to my account.
