I have two set-top boxes that I was told to self-swap before May 31st. However, due to some circumstances, I could not meet the deadline. How do I go about swapping these set-top boxes now?
Also, I would like to upgrade only one of them and not use the other box anymore. How would I be able to do this and what do I need?
@rahjess You can bring both sets of equipment to our StarHub Retail Stores to return 1 set as well as exchange the other set to HD Interactive Set-top Box.
