Hi! Seeking help from customer service personnels to enlighten me on the the above problem.
I had set up email forwarding for my imail account before it was terminated and verified it was working ok.
I have been expecting to receive couple of messages so I did a check yesterday and realised I was unable to send email to my imail account. The error reported as
"The following message to <email@example.com> was undeliverable."
"The reason for the problem: 5.1.1 - Bad destination email address 'reject'"
Also, I was unable to access my SurgeMAIL account. Error message indicated as
"Login failed (-ERR firstname.lastname@example.org 'check' not allowed)
