Terminating contract

Hi There 

i try calling 1633 to terminate my boardbarnd but there was no function to do so. 

 

Can anyone help please...

You need to talk to the CS.

As subscriber NRIC/Name is required to confirm this request.

 

For fibre broadband you need to return the ONT.

For cable broadband there is no items to return, if any.

Do confirm with the CS on your contract and items to return, if any.

i would like to terminate my internet broadband that using HuaWei dongle.
please let me know if i have to return the dongle as well.
