Hi, I've had the app for a long time now and this has been an issue to me particularly. The application does not allow my account to login. I've verified that the username and password is valid and that I can use the app to login with another account.
So what's this bug? Well, it seems that StarHub TV Anywhere is unable to process usernames (emails) with symbols like "+".
I found out the hard way be seeing how the app works perfectly for others except mine. Even StarHub told me to try re installing but all failed. I believe that is is the problem and that it should be resolved because emails allow users to enter the "+" symbol as part of the email.
Anyone else knows if it's a bug with the app of my account?
