SCV Ch 857 drama keeps jerking, it feels like I'm watching from pirated DVD

Recently the drama from Ch 857 jerks a lot as it plays. It's really annoying! It feels like I'm watching my drama from a pirated glitchy DVD! This is ridiculous cos I paid good money for my programmes. I've tried switching off everything and on again but it doesn't resolve the problem.

Any idea what is wrong? Pls let me know if this happens to anyone else and how to resolve this. Many thanks!
