Hi StarHub Team, I've been a long time loyal customers for many years and holding three mobile lines, one of my mobile line 9*****151 handset is no longer functional and its contract just completed 12 months with eligibility to renew with an early recontract fee of $300. I will like to upgrade my mobile plan too and hope i can get recontract voucher to waive off or reduce the early recontract fee. Therefore i hope your teams can look into this pertaining matter. Your prompt reply will highly appreciated.

I'm afraid that the Early Recontract Fee will not be waived unless you're a Hub Club Member or taking up the 12 Up programme or wait till your 21 months of contract.
