Hi, i am a hub club member and my mobile line is eligible for annual handset upgrade on 23 dec. I would like to request for a voucher so that i may use the voucher to offset part of the mobile price that i am going to purchase when i recontract on 23 dec.
I would also like to enquire if i can recontract my mobile line with the mobile phone instalment plan and do i have to pay anything upfront on the day of recontract?
