Irritating issue with starhub internet connection
Results of ping to google for 5 minutes yet pingtest.net seems to have no problem (can't trust pingtest.net now)
311 packets transmitted, 295 packets received, 5.1% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 6.090/515.567/4069.929/745.464 ms
Although internet speed is normal for a certain period of time, it can also have 1 to 10 minutes of no connectivity which can be most frustrating.
Called your call centre twice regarding same problem. They could only check on their end and ask me to call when spike occurs. Spike occurs on weekends, yet call centre does not operate on weekend.
If this isn't a hardware issue (no red light as how call centre operator understands it as) please fix the backend network for, interestingly, my connection to the internet.
