I have ported over to another telco on 19th Dec 2017 after being with StarHub for aroud 6 years.
Call the support beforehand and told me that the only way to get the refund is via bank cheque and until today i have not received my $200 deposit.
Please assist to check on my deposit status and when can I receive it.
