Recycle/Return of Cisco DPC3925 Router & D-Link DVG-N5402SP

Hi all,

Just upgraded to a new ASUS router via direct ONT and have no use for these devices anymore:

- Cisco DPC3925 Router (8/10 condition full box)

- D-Link DVG-N5402SP (9/10 condition full box)

Is Starhub or anyone able to advise where can I properly dispose of or return these devices? I have no intention of selling them.

Can I just return them to any starhub store counter or deposit them in Starhub's RENEW bin?

Thanks in advance.

Hi  @benahben

I recommended you hold it for stand-by.

As you have just upgrade, and you may not know if there are issues in the future.

You can give it to your neighbours, friends, colleagues; as they may need it.

Free routers are not provided if subscribe to a lower plan.

Regards

Eric.

Thanks but I already have an 865L for standby. Which had served me well for over 2 years. Can I just drop it off at any starhub equipment return counter?

Hi Benahben,

you might want to consider RENEW.

Hope this helps! :-)

Oh.

I am using using 865L for 27 months, without any issue on router.

I too, will use this as standby.

As for the older modem & router from past usage, also somewhere in my house.

It cannot fit into the renew box. Can I just leave the modem on top of the renew drop box?

Oh if anyone needs any of the above mentioned devices (DPC3925 & N5402SP) do drop me a PM if you are willing to travel down to my place (north east area) to collect it for free.
