Received email to pay my bill today. But found no account in my HUBiD

Hi,

 

I received an email stated that my bill is ready today by "My StarHub e-bill Alert".

 

But, while I login into HubiD, i found that there is '0' amount to pay.

 

Other than that, I found there is no account when I want to check on my previous bill.

 

I am currently subscribing to plan "1000 Mbps Fibre Brodband" since Feb 2018.

 

I paid my bill on times every month.

 

Can anyone help to suggest what is wrong about this?

Have you tried clearing your app cache and/or reinstalling the app?

 

If the issue recurs, please provide us with a screenshot of the issue, your full name, NRIC/FIN number, contact number and email address via Private Message and we will arrange for assistance.

Have you tried clearing your app cache and/or reinstalling the app?

I am having same problem today. I did try clearing cache and reinstalling app. No luck.

 

Also checked via website and still outstanding amount shows 0$.
