Online Order Processing Verybad, No contact after order confirmation.

I have made an order online for 500mbps FIBRE home broadband on 2018.09.10.

The confirmation email said that StarHub will contact me within 24 hours to arrange for delivery and installation but nobody contacted me until now.

My Order Confirmation ID is:CR18091065950. Could you please help me check it? Thanks
