I have subscribed Netflix on starhub thru channel 525. Everything was going fine until 2 weeks ago. I am not able to watch any movies in Netflix. It will start the movie and then within minutes it will freeze. When I try quitting the whole setup box gets frozen and I have to restart the box again.
Some times it will say it is not able to load the movie.
I have already called Starhub and they have asked me to restart the box. But still did not solve the issue. They said they will get back to me until now this is not resolved.
