I handed back my set top box and accessories on the 28th of Oct and asked for a service termination, because 1 year of free service had come to an end. However, checking my bill, I find that I was charged for the first 15 days of November, and only refunded the charge for last 15 days. The charge comes to $23. Please arrange for a refund of the remaning as well, seeing how I had already returned my settop box and confirmed cancellation, and therefore did not have TV service for the entire month of November and thereon.
