Hub iD account is temporarily disabled for security reasons

Hi, my Hub iD account has been disabled for some reason.

I tried using the Virtual Assistant, but it isn't helping. It kept saying it doesn't understand even though I click on the option to unlock my account.

 

Please advise on the next step. Thank you.
