Hub ID issue

Hi, I forget my HubID. When I want to retrieve via my IC number. It say HubID is not activated or no security qns. Need help on this please. Thanks!

i have sent the details via th PM link. Notice it is to StarHub. May I know how many days StarHub will take to reply to the issue?
