I signed up for the Homehub 200 Fibre plan this week. This was based on the promotional mail that was send to my email. The email stated free channel for 3 months including cinemax/vijay among other things. Till date I dont have any of the channels enabled also the Mobile broadband SIM has also not been delivered.
I called the CSR's few times but the last one I spoke had an attitude and was rude. I am an existing customer for few years now and very appreciative of the services. Hope this does not change. Please look into this.
