Getting back refund is SO HARD! Mistakes & customer handling experiences are SHOCKING!!!
WE ARE MOVING TO OVERSEAS. After phone call with me, $277 for my Broadband & cable TV was waived by their supervisor Ashley but on 29th March it was still deducted from my husband bank account!!! Call Reference number 1-102291163212 was made by operator Jo Jo & excuse given to me was due to waiver approval came after system deduction date & StarHub will REFUND back after April 15! Waiver Reference 1-100993377722 was given! 2 weeks later f*@king nothing happen! No refund was made. Call from overseas and spent over 1 hour explaining to incompetent StarHub call centre agents as usual. Nick I think Finally after many waits, he understood but so blurred. Finally specialist called Kenneth took over. More explanation TO GET BACK MY OWN MONEY. NOT EVEN BILL PAYMENT. He gave me the call reference 1-102862030468 and said it will take 4 to 6 weeks & finance team will contact me IF ANYTHING! Hello! Why the hell do I need to wait 4 weeks to get back my own money. Which part of MOVED to overseas you didn't get it? Communication are much harder & I was promised to get back after 15th April & I want it. It is AGAINST the law in other country to hold back the money of customer. I NEED RESOLUTION & I NEED IT NOW! BEFORE I RANT ON OTHERS CONSUMER FORUMS TOO!!
