Hi, I did not want to opt for e-statement but everytime I login to the Starhub Apps, I am being "forced" to select e-statement. How do I revert back to receiving paper statements ? Also, I had mailed in to cancel the GIRO payment of my Starhub bills 2 months ago. Until now, my bills are still deducted thru the same GIRO arrangement. Account # 1.13622041A.
