I would like to check when will the FREE 100 SMS be effective ?
It is not shown anywhere in the starhub apps.

As per check, the GIRO application for the accounts were approved as of 27 December 2018.
The free 100 SMS entitlement will be reflected in your monthly bills, from January 2019 bill onwards. Hope this clarifies.
Thanks. That is to say, from 8 Jan 2019 onwards, the 3 mobuile numbers that I PM you are entitled to 100 FREE SMS each, although it did not reflect in the Starhub Apps (as in 0/100 SMS sent) ??
