Fed up with Starhub

Seriously Starhub, the bill for my starhub line ending with 3720 only came on the 17 Jul 16 and you disconnect my phone on 26 Jul 16. 

What is wrong with you? My payments are always made on the month end with no problems before. 

And why out of 3 phone lines must u disconnect mine?

Even if 1 Account is not paid in time and they will block, disconnect, suspense; all Accounts related to NRIC.

Most Company(s) do monitor on this method, but not individual account.

 

Please do submit your request and include subscriber detail, and reference to this thread to  PM  Ng Wei Hao  or  Santosh Rai  to assist and look into your case on this matter.

There might be scenarios where your line would be disconnected due to outstanding balance.

Do PM me your account details so that we can escalate it to the relevant team who will assist you in resolving your issue as soon as possible.
