Change of home delivery date

Hi,

 

I've just recontracted my line (yeah~!) and opted of home delivery on 15 July evening (the latest possible option).

 

It is possible to change the delivery date to 1 week later, as I will still not be in SG on 15 July?

My family has successfully received the mobile phone delivery.

Thank you Starhub team for being flexible and listening to customer's needs.

I will definately continue to maintain all my 6 lines with you.

Regret to inform that you are not allowed to change your delivery date and time once your order is submitted successfully. Will you be able to someone collect on your behalf?

Yes, my family members can collect on my behalf, but without my IC, would it be an issue?

Should you wish to have someone receive it on your behalf, please let us know in advance and arrange for the relevant documents available for verification by our colleague on the delivery day.

  1. Your original NRIC/FIN/passport*
  2. The original NRIC/FIN/passport* of the person receiving the items on your behalf.
    *Please note that photocopies will not be accepted.

It is not possible, as my family members do not have my NRIC.
