Cancellation of sim-only contract while overseas

Hi,

 

I am currently in France and is having trouble cancelling my sim-only contract. The starhub hotline had told me that someone would contact me to assist me in the matter but I never received the phone call (possibly due to the time difference). Could someone kindly assist me in this matter?
