I'm having trouble logging in to my Hub Account both via the app and browser. This is the error message i keep receiving.
Your Hub iD account is temporarily disabled for security reasons. To enable your account, please email to email@example.com for assistance.
I've emailed firstname.lastname@example.org as instructed but have yet to receive any response. I've tried calling in via the hotlines but was unable to figure out which automated route to take to get to HubID Issues and i was not even given the option to speak to a customer service personnel.
Could someone please advise/help me? Thank you in advance.
