Called D-Link Support and did a reset successfully!

Hey guys, just wanna share that you could give D-Link support a call if you face any router problems.


I called them this morning at 6622-9360, as I had faced some router issues.


Long story short... here's what you'd need.


  • Your D-Link router connected to a power source
  • A LAN cable connected to your router
  • A laptop or macbook with a ethernet port
  • Your preferred web browser
  • A paper clip or tooth pick to do a hard reset; The reset button is located on the bottom of your router.
  • Some patience


The call took about 30mins as he had to guide me to do a hard reset on the router.  But it was worth it.


I got it done, and now I'm surfing the net smoothly. Smiley Wink
