Since July 2019, we have been asking customers with account-related queries to contact us via Facebook. This is mainly because of the fact that such queries require us to get in touch with you privately for sensitive account information which is not appropriate to be discussed on a public community like this.
Aside from that, we welcome and will not censor civil and constructive feedback on areas that we can improve
