Digital Voice Global IAD

Hi, 

 

I have ordered a Digital Voice global Plan with IAD (Mandatory) over online and phone (online application failed), Was told by the operator that the device received should be plug and play. I have received the device today, but I can't make any call from the IAD albeit all connection are done according to the user manual. May I know what have I missed?

 

No username and password has been assigned, how to use the DV Softphone on PC and Mobile?

Hi KaiBoon, Thanks for the response, roughly how long do we need to wait for the assistance? It is still like "no sound no picture", not even a phone call or email response?
