Change of billing address

Hi 

 

I am trying to change my billing address online but i got stuck in the following screen

Did any one face this issue? i tried it in difference browsers also, but still not luck

Are you still facing similar issue with changing your billing address? 

If yes, do PM me your contact details and we would get the relevant team to assist you with the changing of your billing address.

For change of address,

Do submit the necessary details to Customer service, thru email

 

customerservice@starhub.com

 

Should you still face issue on this, then post here so that this forum staff may able to assist you.

 

I suggest you write the email to this Customer Service.

I did face issue on this change of address issue, where my previous flat owner complain to HDB.

For the Starhub shops, the staff insisted that my address was change, to follow my current NRIC address.

In the end, the Customer Service staff manage to resolve this address issue.
