i am supposed to get my handset between 11am-1pm, and i have been waiting till now and i have yet to get it still. 

i have to go to work asap and this is killing me to wait since 11am. ridiculous!

Did you received any SMS on the day Before the actual date of delivery.

If not, there may have some problem in your Online purchase.

 

Do contact Sales hotline 1630 CS on your status.

The CS will take done your personal particular before transfer to the Online store.

The Online store close at 9.00 pm

 

If the documents is not completed, this is affect the delivery.

Hence do check with the Online store to find out more.

The Online store staff are helpful.

You can then submit directly to them via email or fax, if any.

 

In normal case, there will be a SMS on the status a day before the actual date.

The delivery staff will contact you before coming to your location.

 

Please do open the package and check thoroughly on the handset.

And switch on the handset to check on the screen for any defect.

Also check the handset for any other scratches, etc.

Once you put your signature on the delivery, it is considered as you have accept it in good condition.

Should any defect found later, you have to visit the Manafucture service center.

yep, it was delivered at 230pm.
