Hi, I would like to voice my displeasure over the excess data charge which had occurred while I was at home using wifi to log on. I've called once and have a conversation with your customer service personel And yet he just brushed the whole situation off.
FYI. I am utilising wifi services from Singtel in my premises. Therefore an over exceeding of my mobile data had never occurred, for the record, I ve yet crossed the data plan allocated ever since i had my mobile plan with this company.
And I remembered that there was a program whereby I can donate those data which was I dun use but was still charged... to one of your allocated charitable organization.
Please do advice me about this not too pleasant situation. Appreciate that.
