Unable to process your request. Please try again later.

When I tried to sign up a new postpaid plan at the CIS online store, there was an error that keep showing up staying that unable to process my request. This has been happening since morning till now. Please help.

Do note that Starhub website is at times slow, and do not click more than once.

 

Should you encountered any problem, you can contact Sales hotline 1630 CS.

The CS will take your details before transfer your call to the webstore.

The Online webstore staff are able to complete your Online purchase and date of delivery.

Do note to that webstore close at 9.00 pm

They are very help to assist you to complete the order.

So you can seek their assistance if the problem still exist.

 

Do note that you will recieve a SMS on the day before delivery.

On the day of delivery, the delivery staff will contact you.

 

Should you unable to receive your phone, do provide an  Authorize Letter.

This is only applicable for recontract customers only.

Your original NRIC and the proxy NRIC is required (make a photocopy) and that Letter of Authorization, do include, yours and proxy, name + NRIC and your signature.
