Termination of the mobile line

Hi, 

my mobile plan S is going to end 22 Sep 19. If I want to swtich to other Telco will there be any penalty if I never fulfill 24 months contract? 

Currently I have 3 lines n broadband n  cabletv as a package , if I terminate one of my line will the discount be affected?

 

As for my fibre broadband n cable TV it is going to end sep is there any current promo for me to recontract?
