Online store check out failed

Could anyone assisting as recontract mobile via CIS online store is failed. No way to continue further.

Sometimes it is due to the mobile handsets have no stock.

The stock is based on 'first come first get'.

 

You can contact the Sales hotline 1630 CS and the CS may required your personal detail.

Then the CS would transfer your call to the Online store to assist you.

The Online store staff would able to complete your Online purchased.

Do take note that the Online store close at 9pm.

No-one pick up the call Vince yesterday morning. 1630.

Could you assist? I left the number to call back but also no-one call back. The item is in the cart and error is not due to no stock.
